When a fragment of a picture is selected. 2.Where is the copied or cut out fragment of the picture placed? To the clipboard. 3.What is a clipboard? An area of computer memory for temporary storage of information. 4.Under what condition will the Paste command be executed? If a fragment of the picture is on the clipboard. 5.How many times can you insert a fragment of a picture? Many times.

– 2011 academic year Repeating elements around us Repeating fragments can be seen not only in geometric constructions, but also in the world around us. Leaves on trees, berries, fruits are all repetitions created by nature. Residential buildings and cars created by man also have repeating elements. A repeated fragment can become the basis of an artistic composition.

– 2011 academic year Repeating elements in the drawing Consider the rowan branch. To draw it, you need to prepare only one berry, and then make a bunch of copies. The leaves are also obtained from one small leaf. But how to arrange the leaves in different directions? They should be the same, but it is impossible to draw absolutely identical objects. And in in this case, they must not only be the same, but they must also be positioned symmetrically relative to the branch. To do this, copy fragments of a picture and fragment transformation operations are used.

– 2011 academic year Rotating and flipping a drawing You can transform a fragment of a drawing using the Rotate Tool

How to watch stereo images? There are several easy methods for viewing stereo images.
The first method is suitable for people who already know how to view them. We relax our eyes, without taking our eyes off the picture, and find a pop-up three-dimensional image.
The second method is suitable for untrained people. Trying to look at one point, we zoom in or out of the image. Through certain time we discover the background, and on foreground a figure appears.
You can try the third way of viewing: “through” the picture. You need to imagine that you are not looking at the image itself, but at a point located behind the picture at a distance of about 15 cm. The effect will not be long in coming.
This page contains stereo pictures with images of cats. Try, practice and you will succeed!

I hope that you managed to guess all the hidden images of cats.

Stereo imaging made easy

First, let's look at how a stereo image works and how to look at it.
First of all, it consists of repeating fragments.

Figure 1.

It is very important that the width of the repeating fragment is less than the distance between the eyes. For comfortable viewing of a stereo image, the width should range from 1/3 to 2/3 of this value. The greater the width, the deeper (voluminous) image you can get. The smaller the width, the less tired your eyes are from viewing a stereo image.

To see a three-dimensional image, you need to focus your gaze beyond the plane of the picture so that the images for the left and right eyes coincide. For an image consisting entirely of repeating fragments, you will observe exactly the same virtual image (a flat plane). The only difference is that it will seem to you that the drawing has become further away.

Fig 2.

How is a three-dimensional image obtained?

In order for an image to become three-dimensional, some parts of it must be perceived as closer, others as more distant. This effect can be achieved by shifting image elements.

Figure 3 shows how the virtual image changed after shifting two elements (red and purple) of the real image one position to the left.

Figure 3.

In the virtual image, two artifacts of the same size were formed, equal to the size of the shifted elements. An artifact located to the left of the shift site is perceived as being located closer to the observer (in front of the virtual image plane). The artifact on the right, on the contrary, is perceived as located behind the plane of the virtual image. The brain “figures out” independently about the position of the elements of the virtual image, which are visible to only one eye at a time (marked with a dotted line).

Note that the shift should not exceed half the width of the repeating part. When the size of the shift is close to this limit, it is difficult for the eye to determine whether the observed area is convex or depressed.

If we want to depict objects located only in front of the virtual image plane, we need to be able to deal with unwanted artifacts. To do this, it is enough to shift the elements in each period located to the right of the first place of shift (Figure 4).

Figure 4.

It remains to show how objects with to varying degrees remoteness. For a clear example, this time we will shift three elements to the left, but not by one position, but by two. Comparing Figures 4 and 5, we see that in the last figure, due to a shift by a greater number of positions, we got an object located closer than with a shift by one position.

A complex body consisting of repeatedly repeating homogeneous elements

Monotonous repetition of the same image elements indicates a tendency towards obsessive states. Additional characteristic repeating elements of the body is weak repression and fixation in social relations in some dominant, most likely false or unpleasant role.

A body of three or more triangles with the point up, “hierarchical body”

The repetition of triangles indicates a tendency towards obsessive excitability (“ acute triangle"), in other words, fixation on a dominant, hierarchical role in social relations.

An 18-year-old girl is distinguished by an obsessive, loud, so-called “womanish” manner of behavior, reflecting the desire to dominate others.

Rice. 125. “Hierarchical body”, consisting of three triangles.

A body of three or more circles, a “snowman of three circles”

Distrustful, anxious and suspicious behavior in society. Negative attitude towards your future. The body of the three circles is often left without legs, which indicates an alarming state of social instability, developing into a chronic feeling of “frozen feelings,” accompanied by a feeling of stagnation, isolation, and loneliness.

A case from consulting practice

15-year-old Marina is painfully going through her parents' divorce. Considering herself the source of family troubles, the girl feels lonely and abandoned by everyone.

Rice. 126. Image of a “snowman made of three circles.”

Body of four or more circles, “caterpillar”

Fixation on emotional experiences associated with social discomfort is accompanied by increased sensitivity to unsatisfactory relationships with others, which turns into obsession. An additional characteristic is the tendency to think out the meaning of relationships with others and attach disagreements and conflicts higher value than they deserve. The tendency to suspicion is the result of fixation on the negative aspects of social relationships.

Rice. 127. Image of a “caterpillar” made of several circles.

An additional characteristic of a body of more than three circles, "caterpillar". Availability psychological problems, hiding under the guise of somatic disorders or an exaggerated attitude towards bodily signs. Excessive self-control, which hides the manifestation of hidden dissatisfaction with others, is expressed in one form or another of obsession. For example, in obsessive hand washing or in carefully observing other rituals.

A body of three or more squares, a “locomotive”

Fixation on the feeling of depression and misunderstanding by others, resulting in chronic depression. Graphic display depressive state in the form of a body consisting of three or more squares, often accompanied by a small picture.

Rice. 128. Image of a “locomotive” made of four squares.

Additional characteristics of the four-square body image: increase on the 2nd MMPI scale.

Body made of four squares connected together, “solid muscles”

Fixation on the body in the form of four squares indicates dominance in the image I somatic sensations. Satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the situation in society is largely determined by a person’s body image, as well as by his general physical condition.

For men who depict the body with four squares, symbolizing a “heroic build,” physical masculine qualities are of great, if not leading, importance. Physical attractiveness and bodily sensations may dominate other personal characteristics. Often this is what determines the choice of profession, which in most cases is associated with risk, search thrills and physical (bodily) endurance. It's about about the desire to demonstrate in practice their physical masculine qualities. A hypersensitive attitude towards the physical side of male attractiveness can result in a feeling of loss manhood in case of inability to demonstrate oneself, as well as after injury, illness or as a result of age-related changes. For women with a fixation on bodily sensations, physical attractiveness also has leading value, which can manifest itself in a distinctly masculine demeanor.

Rice. 129. Image of the body in the form of “solid muscles”.

A body of four triangles with their points in the center, forming a “crosswise crossed out square”

Fixation on troubles that have occurred in the social environment (split in relationship). As a rule, the troubles experienced concern close circle(“the points of the triangles form the core of the body”). The points of the triangles are directed inward, which indicates the severity and painfulness of the experience. Connecting triangles into a criss-crossed square indicates a violation complete image body, which reflects the presence of internal discord. The mechanism of defense against experienced conflict most often manifests itself in emphasizing independence, courage and resistance to weaknesses (“external body configuration in the form of a square”). An exaggerated desire for independence and denial of psychological difficulties is a compensatory mechanism that hides the fear of dependence on social environment. A person strives to be independent so as not to suffer from the actions of others (as was the case before) and not to become a victim of a split in a relationship.

Rice. 130. Image of the body in the form of a “crosswise crossed out square.”

Body made of triangles with points in the center, “emphasized shoulder line”

Emphasizing the shoulder line with the help of several triangles, creating the feeling of “broad shoulders,” indicates an excessive fixation on somatic sensations. Self-esteem of a person, his image I largely depends on the condition of the body. Physical I is also associated with a sense of one’s own status in society, which is most typical for emerging young men, for whom physical qualities have great importance to feel your male attractiveness. Young people portraying “broad shoulders” are distinguished by their desire to look more presentable and businesslike, and to behave more demonstratively in a masculine manner.

In adult men, an exaggerated attitude towards physical characteristics results in an inferiority complex, expressed in a feeling of loss of manhood. An ostentatious demonstration of masculine behavior distinguishes women who exaggerate the shoulder line.

Rice. 131. Body with “emphasized shoulder line.”

A complex body consisting of two or more dissimilar elements

A body consisting of two dissimilar parts, as already noted, evokes a feeling of separation of the figure. The destruction of the integrity of the body image indicates conflict in bodily manifestations.

Body made of triangle and circle

A double body, consisting of an upper triangle (“emphasizing femininity”) and a lower circle (“doubt”), symbolizes the duality of a person’s idea of himself. The image of a double body in women conveys doubt about the adequacy of the traditional female role.

Rice. 132. A double body consisting of a triangle with the tip up and a circle.

Body made of inverted triangle and circle

The double body, consisting of an upper inverted triangle (“emphasizing masculinity”) and a lower circle (“doubt”), also characterizes the duality of self-perception. The image of a double body conveys wounded pride.

Rice. 133. A double body consisting of a triangle with the point down and a circle.

A body made of several dissimilar elements connected in a row, a “mosaic line”

Fixation on painful physical sensations reflects the psychosomatic expression of unresolved problems.

A case from consulting practice

For 25-year-old Irina, preoccupation with psychosomatic experiences is associated with a feeling of extreme depression (“a body made of several elements connected in a row”) and instability (“a figure without legs”).

Rice. 134. Body in the form of a “mosaic line”.
