How to understand the variety of Nerf arrows?

While there are a ton of varieties of Nerf arrows, there really aren't that many basic types of ammo. These include standard sized arrows (suitable for most blasters and series), larger sized arrows (for Mega series blasters), high density balls (for Rival series blasters), rockets and darts. But if you want to use darts and rockets, keep in mind that to do this you will need a certain type of blaster that fires these ammunition.
