Ingredients:

  • Flour - 200 gr
  • Butter -100 gr
  • Cottage cheese - 100 gr
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

1. Add sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to the flour. Mix everything.

2. Roll a block of cold (!) butter in flour, and then grate it on a coarse grater, while mixing with flour. You should get flour, ground into crumbs.
