sample program

The work program is an important school document that ensures the systematic completion of the curriculum and the implementation of its practical part.

The work program is a subject program, an integral part of the educational program. This program must meet the logic and main goals and objectives of the educational program. This is the first thing a teacher should think about when proposing his work program.

The structure and content of the work program must ensure the unity of all interacting parties to the educational process. Therefore, the necessary elements of each work program of an academic discipline should be:

Title page;

Explanatory note;

Calendar-thematic plan, including sections and topics of the program, planned educational results, methods and forms for assessing the achievement of these results, forms of classes (theoretical classes, practical classes), teaching techniques and methods, types of student activities;

A list of educational and methodological support for the educational process, including a list of basic and additional literature, Internet resources, electronic applications and test materials.

The procedure for developing and approving work training programs

Based on the adopted educational program and development program, the curriculum of a general education organization and sample educational programs recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the teacher independently draws up a work program, including a title page, an explanatory note, a calendar-thematic plan for the current academic year, the content of the educational material, a list of mandatory laboratory, practical, test and other types of work, educational results, methods and forms for assessing the achievement of these results, educational, methodological and information support for the course, a list of literature for teachers and students. Work programs may also include other documents that are necessary for the teacher to fully and effectively carry out the educational process.

The title page states:

full name of the founder and educational organization in accordance with the charter;

where, when and by whom the work program was approved;

name of the academic subject;

indications that the work program belongs to the level of general education;

implementation period of this program;

FULL NAME. teacher who compiled this work program.

The explanatory note, as a rule, contains the goals and objectives of studying the subject, the concept embedded in the content of the educational material, taking into account the type of general education organization and student population, the distinctive features of the work program in comparison with the sample program, the timing of the work program, forms and methods, technologies training, the forms used, methods and means of checking and evaluating learning results for this work program, justification for the choice of educational and methodological set for the implementation of the work program, reflection of the national-regional component.

The work programs developed by the teacher are considered at a meeting of the methodological association of teachers of a general education organization. After an examination, the methodological association of teachers gives a conclusion on the approval or refinement of work programs. The decision of the methodological association is documented in a protocol. After which, if the decision is positive, the work programs are submitted to the administration of the educational organization.

The school director issues an order approving work programs for each subject. All work programs indicate the date of their adoption at a meeting of the methodological association, agreement with the deputy director for scientific and scientific research, the signature of the director of the educational organization on their approval, indicating the date and number of the order. Approval of work programs for academic subjects is carried out before the start of the academic year, but no later than August 31 of the current academic year.

One copy of the approved work programs is stored in the documentation of the general education organization in accordance with the nomenclature of cases, the second copy is transferred to the teacher for the implementation of the educational process.

The administration of the educational organization periodically monitors the implementation and implementation of work programs.

Calendar - thematic planning regulates the activities of the teacher in implementing the curriculum in the subject, developed by the teacher for each year of study in accordance with the curriculum and the requirements of federal state educational standards.

The objectives of drawing up calendar and thematic planning are:

Determining the place of each topic in the annual course and the place of each lesson in the topic;

Determining the relationship between individual lessons and topics of the annual course;

Formation of a rational system of work to generate planned results.

Calendar and thematic planning must include: the general name of the topic, the number of hours allocated to study this topic, the name of the topic of each lesson or the content of educational material, planned results, forms of organizing students’ cognitive activity, forms of control. The “Note” column may contain information made by the teacher in the process of working on this thematic planning, for example, additional literature used, the content of individual assignments for low-performing or gifted children, etc.

Important!

Improving the general education system in Russia, in connection with the introduction of federal state educational standards, is aimed at solving the most important tasks in the training and education of schoolchildren. Ideas of development pedagogy: system-activity approach (L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, P.Ya. Galperin, D.B. Elkonin, V.V. Davydov, A.G. Asmolov), personality-oriented developmental education (V.I. Slobodchikov, I.S. Yakimanskaya, V.V. Serikov), semantic variable developmental education (A.G. Asmolov, V.V. Rubtsov, E.A. Yamburg) were embodied in changing the content and organization of the educational process of primary, basic and secondary education in Russia. These changes are aimed at creating a common culture for students, their spiritual, moral, social, personal and intellectual development, at creating the basis for independent implementation of educational activities that ensure social success, development of creative abilities, self-development and self-improvement, preservation and strengthening of students’ health.

The fundamental difference between the new generation of school standards is their focus on developing the personality of students who are able to learn independently and relearn many times throughout their lives, ready for independent action and decision-making.

A measure of a person’s ability to actively engage in activities is a set of competencies. Great opportunities for their formation are provided by the development of universal educational actions (UAL), which determine the motivational orientation of students, ensure social competence, the ability to organize their own activities, allowing the formation of general educational universal actions, logical, related to problem solving.

That is why in the column “Planned results” of calendar-thematic planning, not only subject (knowledge and skills), but meta-subject and personal learning outcomes are determined.

Dear Colleagues! Understanding that the structure of the CTP also depends on the specifics of the subject, allowed us to offer you several options for designing calendar and thematic planning. However, we recommend that you adhere to the unified structure of the CTP within individual school methodological associations or related disciplines.

The work of a teacher involves not only the process of interaction with students, their parents, colleagues and school management, in addition, every teacher, regardless of whether he is a class teacher or not, is obliged to prepare documentation related to his work, its volume is significant and almost all documents signed by the director.

Calendar thematic planning is a document that guides the teacher when preparing lesson plans, thematic tests, semester and annual test assignments. Each calendar-thematic planning is a business paper, which includes all types of student activities in the lesson, the topic and title of the lesson, basic knowledge and skills, and homework. As a rule, each teacher draws up his own work plan for a semester or an entire academic year; previously, work was planned in quarters, but now such a practice is absent, since it is time-consuming and requires frequent updating of materials.

Calendar thematic planning is also a document that a teacher can present to parents so that they can adequately assess their own child’s performance. Often in controversial situations that sometimes occur in the educational sphere between parents and teachers, the latter can show planning, which necessarily indicates the skills and abilities that are being formed at the current stage of education. In addition, a printed sheet with assessment criteria would not be out of place in the calendar planning folder. Teachers, especially young ones, tend to inflate grades because they do not always know how to adequately evaluate students’ work in class. The ability to differentiate knowledge when studying humanities subjects is especially important, because a student can receive a grade not for solving a specific equation or retelling a paragraph, but for complex work in the lesson.

When planning, the teacher is guided by general provisions and concepts, the law on education, as well as training programs for a specific subject. Educational programs, as a rule, are uniform for the entire region; they describe topics to be studied, communication situations (when studying foreign languages), skills that a student should have at the end of the school year. The program for each subject is divided into classes or years of study, if the discipline is not introduced from the first grade; in addition, the programs are slightly different for general education and specialized schools. Young teachers who are first faced with the need to draw up calendar-thematic planning should remember that programs change almost every year, so before drawing up a work plan, it would not be superfluous to consult with experienced teachers, or better yet, with a methodologist from the city department of education.

The teacher's calendar-thematic planning is a folder with files where all lesson plans in all classes are collected; sometimes school management requires that there be a separate planning folder for each class. This is not very convenient, because the teacher uses the document every day, and the introductory pages will simply be copied in several copies, which is not very economical - the cost of paper, ink, and typing work is not paid to the teacher, this is his responsibility. The first page of planning is the title page, it indicates the last name, first name and patronymic of the teacher, the subject he is teaching, the name of the educational institution, the date of the methodological meeting at which it was approved and the terms of its validity. Each school usually has its own template, which has not changed for years, but sometimes the methodological office can offer a single standard for its locality; changes may concern the layout of the text, font, line spacing and the general appearance of the document.

The second page of calendar-thematic planning is a list of current programs that are used in preparation for lessons, the names of textbooks and additional reference materials. It is worth taking into account that not only textbooks, but also all reference books, collections of exercises, rules and tests must be certified by the Ministry of Education; non-certified educational materials are prohibited for use in school. Lists of approved textbooks and manuals are published annually on the website of the Ministry of Education in the methodological equipment section or in its publication at the end of August, during the period
when teachers prepare calendar thematic planning.

This is followed directly by the work plans for each class for the current semester or year; they describe lesson topics, homework, areas of communication, competencies, experiments, laboratory and independent work, and tests. Typically, planning is a table oriented like a landscape sheet, which is divided into headings and contents, the former indicating the types of work in the lesson, and the contents indicating specific exercises, grammatical structures, and formulas for each lesson. The first column of the document is reserved for the date of the lesson; in accordance with the calendar plan, the teacher fills out the class register, so the work in the lesson must correspond to the entries in the planning. When setting dates, it is important to remember that there are national holidays, which are days off, as well as vacations, which are not included in the planning. Lessons that fall during the holidays are conducted using the method of intensification with subsequent ones; two topics are usually recorded in the calendar-thematic planning and journal, and the amount of homework increases.

The finished calendar and thematic planning, which at the preparation stage would not be superfluous to show to the school leader of the methodological association of teachers in subjects, is signed by the head of the educational department of the school, as well as by the director; the seal of the educational institution, as a rule, is not affixed, but there are exceptions. Only after the planning has been certified, the teacher has the right to fill out a class register based on it, although until signing, grades can be given on the left page, without filling out the “lesson content” column. It is worth handling this document carefully, because if it is lost, you will again have to make a visit to the director’s office and explain the reasons why he needs to re-certify the calendar planning, and this may negatively affect the teacher’s reputation.

Calendar and thematic planning is based exclusively on regulations and programs of the Ministry of Education, but the teacher’s creative approach can be manifested during lesson planning; it is in the notes that interesting additional information regarding the topic being studied is recorded, and games and quizzes are offered for students.
