Construction lasted almost a year. During this time, Syabitova had to change the construction team; the first team did not cope with the assigned tasks. Rosa's entire family got involved in the process: son Denis learned the profession of a handyman, daughter Ksenia was involved in the financial side and the supply of building materials. And the TV star herself temporarily turned into a foreman.

Well, they say that a talented person is talented in everything. It seems that this is true about Roza Syabitova. She managed to build a house, and not just a lonely residential building, but a whole complex of buildings on one site.

In addition to the house itself, there are: a pavilion for meeting guests and celebrating noisy banquets, a small guest house and even a small, but at least its own SPA center.

In the end, Syabitova could not stand it and drove out all the builders. She took on the duties of a foreman. Daughter Ksenia was appointed accountant, and son Denis got the role of handyman. As a result, the project was completed before winter, as the TV presenter had planned.

At some point, unscrupulous workers even deceived her, then Syabitova’s daughter and son intervened in the process and began to control the costs and materials for repairs.
